- Often wake up at night and difficult to sleep again
- Waking up too early
- Feeling tired after waking up
Types of Insomnia
There are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia.:
- Primary insomnia: means that the person is having problem sleeping, which not related to conditions or other health problems.
- Secondary insomnia: means that the person is having problem sleeping because of other problems, like Health conditions (asthma, depression, arthritis, cancer, or heartburn,sick) Drugs or substances used (alcohol).
