Everything You Should Know.  Insomnia is a sleep disorder, which  was marked by difficulty to sleep or staying asleep.. People with insomnia have 1 or more symptoms:
  1. Difficult to sleep
  2. Often wake up at night and difficult to sleep again
  3. Waking up too early 
  4. Feeling tired after waking up

Types of Insomnia

There are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia.:
  1. Primary insomnia: means that the person is having problem sleeping, which not related to conditions or other health problems. 
  2. Secondary insomnia: means that the person is having problem sleeping because of other problems, like Health conditions (asthma, depression, arthritis, cancer, or heartburn,sick) Drugs or substances used (alcohol).
